Eligibility Requirements for Hall County Student/Athletes
(Per the Hall County Board of Education and/or the Georgia High School Athletic Association)
Academic Eligibility
To maintain eligibility student/athletes must have passed 5 out of 6 classes during the previous semester.
(1st semester = 1st and 2nd nine week periods - 2nd semester = 3rd and 4th nine week periods)
(Nine-week connections classes are averaged together to create a semester grade.)
Required Forms ( ALL must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian before any level of participation!)

6th graders are not eligible to compete in school sports
(except for Academic Team).

The Academic Team includes 6th, 7th and 8th graders.
We play matches against South Hall, West Hall, East Hall, North Hall, Gainesville and Lakeview.
Meet the basketball coaches! Signup for tryouts!
There will be a meeting from 7:00 - 8:00 pm on in the cafeteria.
It is importantthat the parents of any students interested in trying out for basketball attend.
7th and 8th grade boys and girls may tryout (if eligible).
You will save yourself time if you fill out the forms required for eligibility.
Tryouts begin on October

Track and Field coaches for the 2011 Track and Field Team are Clay Mitchell and Michelle Clifton.
Students need to meet eligibility requirements (click the silver button to the right) including filling out the forms required. In addition. parents must also read and sign the team rules. See the yellow button below.

Athletes should contact the coaches in those sports for possible summer
workout information the spring of their their 7th grade year.
